I have a week to raise $5,000 or I can't attend college. Nobody around me can help, so is there any way i can raise the money or should i just start preparing to drop out now.

Why can't you take a loan?
Sell stuff on Craigslist. Make an account on one of those funding sites and post it to all your social media pages. Become an Uber driver. Do all the things. Borrow money.

I don't have credit (only 18, so that isn't unreasonable) and everyone i asked refuses to cosign for me. the only person that was wiling to do it has awful credit, so i didnt get approved for the loan

Cut your losses. There's always fall semester. College will always be there. You need to get your life in order. That means getting a job, going to community college for cheap, getting straight As so you can get a scholarship to a state university after 2 years of community college. Save all of your work earnings so you can afford college stuff and minimize the amount you need to borrow in the future. This is how most kids do it.
