Whenever I buy chocolate I have to eat it right away. If I save any I feel guilty and end up throwing it in the trash. Is anyone else like this? What to do about it?

people often suggest you buy your snacks in bulk cuz they are cheaper than getting them on the fly, but in my experience buying in bulk just leads to eating wayyyy too much sweets cuz its right there.

I'm like this. I'm fairly skinny but would be skinnier if I didn't eat impulsively. It's our habits that make us overweight, also our economical status and lack of available healthy alternatives.
