Hey guys I have a serious post I need help with, It's been years since I've seen my uncle (2001) His name is Carlos Alberto Cruz Cortes, He is a mormon who lived in mexico city (DF) the last time I saw him. He used to get involved in all mormon activities. He was known as "charlie mormon". The last time I knew about him was in 2001, we asked around for him with the people he knew and his fellow church members, Some said he left to live in the us, others that he moved inside mexico to another city. We asked around at the time, even went to our local media to show his picture but sadly we pulled out nothing. I haven't seen him since 2001, He had autism, his mother (My grandmother) is incredibly weak and dying, her wish is to see her son after 15 years. I seriously have tried a lot of things. But I just don't know what to do anymore, I come to you for help. Please if you know anyway to help it would be gladly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
What did the police say?
if you guys haven't found him in 14 years, it will be unlikely that you will find him now
your grandmother's last wish is unrealistic, you don't have to go kill yourself trying to find him
There is no record of him there, the police here are useless. and there is no death certificate anywhere either. I mean, he is/was a religious person with autism, not one to get in trouble, Last time I heard he was probably in the us, don't know any ways to check that sort of thing though.

If he is still active in the Mormon Church they have records on him and know where he is 90% sure.
Go ask the Bishop of the ward he went to, explain the situation and everything.
