Its been two weeks since I talked to her and I dont know what to do. The simple Hey or Hello wont do the trick anymore.
And then i had avoided her on school until the semester ended, only to regret that decision
throwing insults usuallty works to grab people's attention
you won't insult her obviously, but maybe saying something challenging in a funny way might work

But seriously, a "Hey I saw your twin today!" usually does the trick. Unless she's Asian, in which case you can still do it but it has a more interesting twist on it.
