So I have a bit of height insecurity, I myself am 5 ft 6.5" and i get a little mad when someone tall walks by me, well a little bit. I get pumped up at the gym to get buffer and think of ways how I can over power them by throwing heavy objects on them. How do I stop this destructive thinking and find peace?

5'6.5 seriously is NOT a death sentence for pussy either, although you're pretty damn manlet, I can assure you whatever /fit/ or that bodybuilding forum might tell you, there WILL be women out there who will give you a chance, you just have to work on your personality/style. Look for girls shorter than you.
Honestly, imagine how much worse it would be if you were 5'2 or below, those guys, unless they're rich, probably won't ever get laid and I'm speaking with 100% honesty. It sucks but it's true, women don't wanna look down on a guy, just like guys don't want a hambeast of a girlfriend. Even though it's total bullshit cause fat fucks can actually lose weight whereas short men are totally boned for their entire lives.

Bad advice. Look for girls you find attractive, regardless of height. You will find surprisingly that many tall girls will be interested in you.

Don't lie. This does not happen. 98% of all hetero women want to look down at their SO. Taller women want taller men so they can feel more feminine and forget about the fact that they're tall for being a female.

Height isn't the only factor that matters. In fact, I'm 5'10 and have dated a girl who was 6'0. If you have a decent personality, girls won't mind. Also, most girls do want to be shorter than their SO. But you're 5'6. Thats taller than the average woman!
