what do you want to know? your question is kinda vague, I dont wear them but I think depending on your eyesight problem they might or might not have to be custom made

i have myopia, both eyes -3.25
my glasses became very uncomfortable especially at events and i thought that lenses might be a better solution
>>
>>16489105
but can you just buy them, I cant see how that would work without visiting an ophthalmologist

I'd help you but I'm an Optometrist and you only requested Ophthalmologist dickhead

So uh does everyone here have any advice for if you can't get the contacts in? I'm a complete wuss who tried to get them into my eyes for three hours until the shop just had to close for the day. "Just do it" worked for me for some situations up to friggin skydiving, or not sleeping at all for the whole of cadet camp, but I just can't get two small pieces of plastic into my eyes holes

How and where specifically are you placing the fingers of your other hand that you use to hold the eye open? That's the trick of it at first until you can get used to it and relax.

It's easy just put the contact on your index finger and use the other 3 fingers to hold down your lower eyelid. Use your other hand to raise your upper eyelid. Then turn your eye in the direction of your nose. You can look in the mirror as you turn your head to help see. Put your index finger up to your eye and fit the contact lens over then press as you hear the bubbles. Close eye and look into the contact so it fits over the pupil and blink a few times and you're done.
