Patients also have female pubic hair pattern, wide hips, gyno, weaker bones, etc. That's a result of the extra X chromossome the individual gets, he eventually earns plenty of charateristics unique to women but he's still a man. Not really. Biologically speaking he's considered a male individual of the homo sapiens species, but with a genetic disorder that gives him some female traits. That and all the other problems he listed like not having an arm. Also he produces low testoterone and his dick/testicle size is much smaller than the average. Patients with the XXY chromossomes also have above average heights, that's the only light in it.
