Go to a doctor to get it check out. If it is urticaria, they'll probably subscribe something anti-inflammatory, and it'll help a lot.

if it's ringworm, use apple cider vinegar to treat it. dr wont recommend it b/c its not taught in med school bc vinegar cant be licensed by pharma co., but you just rub that shit on and let it sit until you cant take the burn anymore. repeat 2x per day for 3 days or so til its gone

There's a chance you've gotten provoked dermatitis. Cortisone cream,allergy med, and a trip to the allergist/doctor.
