I haven't fapped basically since I started taking them and I don't really have any intentions to. I don't know if this is something I should tell my doctor about though, it seems like it could be a problem because I no longer have any interest in women at all. What should I do?

Anything you think is a result of a drug prescribed to you by a doctor you should talk about with said doctor. Side effects for things are always shit, that's why doctors don't just hand out drugs like Halloween candy.
fix your depression by fixing the cause and not just masking it with that medication. Start taking cold showers everyday, exercise at least an hour a day, start eating better, spend at least 30 minutes outside in the sun everyday. Start doing some volunteer work. All of these things will help with your depression naturally and also have possessive health and mental benefits.

Yeah man I just started on the mess and diagnosis a week ago, I'm going on walks every day and going to start going to the gym after this week when my work hours are cut back more. Thanks for the advice though.

I had that happen, it started to go away after about a month, and i got my sex drive back.

Fapping is becoming a huge driving force behind my self-loathing and I just would not mind at all if my sex drive was basically deleted
It's worth mentioning to the doctor but you should go ahead and give it 6 weeks to 3 months or so because it usually gets a lot better after your body becomes used to it. For me I didn't get back up quite to 100 percent but damn close. But then when I got weaned off when I felt better I went through a phase readjusting again and for 2 weeks could barely leave the house I was so horny.
