What would you advice to someone who want to start drawing adult cartoons and want to be noticed ?
I mean, what are the subjects/details you like and research in porn art ? What makes a porn artist popular and what makes you want to commission him ?

Be good at drawing in general. There's no quick fix to learning a skill like you seem to be asking for.
As for subject matter, just draw what you think is hot and more than likely, others will like it too. Unless you just do weird shit, then you narrow your audience.
Once you find your unique style, people will know to come for you for that and you will begin to develop a fan-base.

Honestly, if you wanna make bucks then just whore out for to the furry crowd even if you ain't into that stuff. A lot of quality work comes out of the furry community purely because they pay a lot for commissions.
Another suggestion is to find a very niche fetish that doesn't have a lot of good work done with it and work that. Essentially just go to /d/ or /aco/ and look for the worst looking threads.
You could also draw somewhat more popular stuff (rule 34, futa, comics). But you have to be pretty good at drawing.
No matter what you do, make sure to post to various forums (deviantart, twitter, tumblr, relevant subreddits, occasionally dump your stuff here). If people like your shit then your popularity will jump through the roof.

I got another question now: is it easy to get noticed on Tumblr as an artist ? I used to have one long time ago and I remember not having more than 10 followers when my art wasn't bad at all. I didn't do fan art anyway maybe that's it ?

You need to start out whoring out with fan stuff, that's the only way, when you have a lot of followers and get recognized then you can hope on OC getting popular
Also I'd recommend going to /adv/ since most people here are just to bust a nut or self promo

All the answers to those questions are good art. So work hard and always want to improve.
Also having a tumblr or something as a portfolio of your art would be good but you need a way to get people to even find you. You can draw what ever characters are popular at the moment or you can do what I think most big artists have done at this point and hop in the draw thread and start making deliveries. If people like your art they will ask for more which leads back to the tumblr. Good luck senpai
