True, I sort of find it hard to mind though, maybe because I've never been interested in the character models themselves and a character not being in SFV hasn't prevented art of being drawn of them. Though on the other hand it could influence what art does get drawn, even by non-fetish artists, so we could have possibly missed on some Ibuki pictures here.
As an aside, I really like how Umojar handles the saliva from foot worship and such in a very subtle manner. Some artists overuse it and it becomes something of a turn off.

Came here to post this. It's nice to see Kidetic take a crack at Penny again, definitely one of my new favorites from him and possibly favorite picture of Penny he has done.
While foot here is magnificent, I also find myself drawn to her adorable and seemingly curious expression. It's kind of interesting to imagine that for her all her book smarts she isn't too well versed in matters like this and thus unaware of what the fascination with her foot really entails.

For the face I'd say it could just be Scamwich's style and that they've possibly never been his strong suit. The foot I don't mind, but have seen other people bring up. Can't really say if it's an improvement since I'm not really an artist and haven't compared his art in such a manner.
