Anon-chan is a lot of things. But one important point to highlight is that she is one of those rare, "normal" people in this setting who is surrounded by quirky aliens and "virgin space wizards" engaging in violent melees disguised as sporting events.
From the outside, Anon-chan can be described as aloof, distant, and generally indifferent. She's a cynic with a scathing, and bitter sense of humor. She's self-serving and duplicitous, but not outright spiteful, petty, or malicious. She never does anything unprofitable--and the concept of "profit" is a recurring theme with her. And so is "trust". She trusts no one, negotiating deals and alliances as they suit her with no sentimental attachments. She plays the "sly schemer" schtick rather well. She's shrewd with her money, almost miserly. Her wheeling and dealings have afforded her numerous contacts but no friends--just more enemies.
While she radiates cleverness and self-confidence, in reality she is very lonely, nursing rather deep emotional wounds from a past trauma.
Big Sis Droideka (aka "Sasses") and Anon-chan would probably get along, having somewhat similar personalities, but while Sasses has a rather crude or basic sense of humour, Anon-chan's dialogue has a dry, snarky bent. She rarely refers to people directly by their name, assigning them vaguely insulting epithets like calling Grieve-tan "Wheezy".
Being without Force sensitivity, she relies on traps, dirty tricks, and mind games. This includes misdirection, contraband weaponry, an illegally customized speeder bike, gadgets like a grappling hook, stun blaster, and knowing when to run.

Anyway. Anon-chan in the VN starts off as a fellow student at Republic High (Coruscant), in charge of the school's tuck shop and at odds with Student Council President, Padme Amidala. As Anon-kun's cousin, she has earned herself an unfavorable reputation. The player as Anon-kun can investigate Anon-chan's circumstances or ignore them entirely. (Part of her bad reputation comes from the fact that she takes extra credit courses at a CIS school, putting her at odds with Republic High students. Well, in addition to her factual history of ripping people off.)
In a certain path during the course of the game Anon-chan becomes a school prefect at CIS (the equivalent of a commander in the CIS army in the Clone Wars). While she wanted to remain unaligned for the duration of the conflict, the player can learn that she was pressed into the role by Dooku and Sidious. Pursuing Anon-chan's story in the game is what makes up the Bounty Hunter and Smuggler storylines.
Ranma from "Ranma 1/2", Ichiko from "Binbou-gami Ga!", and Nami from "One Piece" were all used as inspiration for Anon-chan's personality.

She's more like a huge cocktease. She may seem flirty towards Anon, but she's mostly mocking and making fun of him since he plans on becoming a Jedi. She doesn't usually go out of her way to see Anon, but they will often cross paths due to circumstances with the Clone Wars--or if the player makes a deliberate attempt to track her down. It's totally within her personality to be forward with Anon, offering herself, only to say that she's joking and laughing in his face. If the player goes down the correct path she will develop romantic feelings toward Anon leading to lewds. But yeah, off the bat, Anon-chan will make it transparent that she's sort of disgusted with Anon. For various reasons, most of them petty: his wide-eyed, boyish naivete about Jedi, how he has barely changed since they were children, how she's been by herself for so long and how she can't simply open up to him because he's here now.
Anon-chan's troubled past isn't something she can overcome on her own. Despite Anon-chan's hard work and the feeling that she is in control of the situation, the player can learn from Anon-chan's own rarely-seen parents that her situation was somewhat engineered by them to make or break her. At any moment they can swoop in and erase her debt, but they choose to sit back and see how she solves her problems under her own power. After all, if she's to be a part of Black Sun, she needs to develop all of the traits necessary to thrive in the underworld: treachery, deceit, cunning, and self-sufficiency.

The Anons are initially presented as a family of Corellian traders. Anon's father is more small business, chasing one opportunity to the next, making enough to get by and always moving around. Anon-chan's father (the younger brother of the family) is presented as a settled, successful businessman in Coruscant. Anon-chan's family owns a penthouse apartment in downtown where Anon-chan lives by herself, furnished with many alien artworks and luxury furniture. Out of pride, Anon-chan refuses to sell anything in the apartment to go toward her debt: she has to earn everything herself, no matter the means, no matter who she has to betray to get it. While she was initially more of an alpha bitch character, her bleak situation abruptly transformed her into a snark knight (thanks, TV Tropes); going from the center of attention who brings the party to a seething loner who shuns others.
I'm kind of here-and-there on whether or not she's a virgin. She was by no means a good girl before she was sold out, but she wasn't the type to sleep around--let alone with just anybody. She always thought rather highly of herself, so many of the guys she'd see would feel beneath her. Observing her father she learned to appraise the value of people and recognize opportunities for gain. Combining that skill along with her pride is what pushed her into small-time smuggling and information brokering to acquire credits toward her debt.
Given the nature of VNs, I plan on having non-lewd "friend" endings where they patch up their relationship, and full lewds that end with Anon raping her or failing to save her so that she becomes a Hutt slave girl. And also yeah, kissing cousins.
Anon-chan was originally going to be literally the fem protag; a Rule 63 Anon-kun; but I thought incorporating her as a heroine with a more complex backstory and character would make for a better game.
She was also made to be much more interesting than Anon-kun on purpose.

I want to lay the stories out along with a design document and then see what happens from there. Everything will be made public in case someone with more talent and resources can actually produce a finished, polished product.

I got nothing for Battle Droids; neither the normal B1s nor the super battle droids. Nothing sexy, anyway.
CIS droids hardly ever feature in GT AU artwork, and if I had to point out a cause I'd say a lack of interest. The way to handle the typical background CIS droid student has never been cemented in any given GT thread. What I've settled on in the game was to have the CIS students that depict the B1s to have generic male and female designs patterned off of anime background student cliches: identical uniforms for girls and boys, little variation between height and hair color, and rather than a face all of them will wear a plastic mask in the shape of a battle droid.
I think the fragile and skinny bodies of the B1 could work for a cute bullyable girl in a female version. No idea about droidekas, maybe they could work with a less human but more cyborg looking girl.

I was thinking about that a while ago, to be honest. As good as Obi-wan would be as a protagonist, I think some of the canon plot threads that involve him could be explored to greater effect (the perceived rivalry with Grievous/Grieve-tan included). A lot of the problems with it were just crappy dialogue and lack of development. It's not like the characters are being contradictory by being in a romance, it's more that Lucas don't know how to write romantic dialogue (or, really, any dialogue) worth a shit. Basically don't make it cringey, and write Anakin more sympathetically, and you should be fine.

TCW Anakin/Padme is alright, though I always liked the idea of a Star Wars AU where Padme and Anakin were never involved, and instead Anakin/Ahsoka having a romance led to path of becoming Darth Vader.
The core idea of the inclusion of Padme x Anakin is that it's meant to show Anon's parallels with his own "forbidden" relationship with Grieve-tan--especially if the player directs Anon to fall to the Dark Side in order to be with her.
In the planned Republic storyline the primary NPCs that Anon interacts with are Padme and Palpatine: Padme as the student council president of Coruscant high; and Palpatine, who is ostensibly the principal of Coruscant high in addition to being the head of the Republic school board. (Official title: director of education? "Chancellor" would be an unorthodox title but would carry the same weight and would properly align with canon.)
The Republic storyline would take the most from TCW as source material given the scope of the setting, requiring Anon to interact more with canon characters (mostly b-listers) aligned with the Republic--specifically Clones (as students), Republic naval officers (as members of the school's "yacht club"), and the odd prominent Jedi mainstays like Jocasta Nu. It also mirrors the CIS-aligned storyline in that Anon takes a more active role defending the Republic against CIS incursions as a frontline Jedi "commander" with Clone troopers and naval officers at his disposal (and having to deal with their problems). This is versus the storyline of putting Anon's quest to become a full Jedi knight.

From this vantage Anon will be able to observe the effects of Padme and Anakin's relationship on Padme during their main interactions and side quests peppered throughout the scenario. Both Ahsoka and Padme are reserved as non-heroines, keeping in line with SW canon, along with a personal disinterest in shoehorning them into circumstances to have sex with the player. As interesting as the idea of NTRing Anakin and doing some loli stuff with Ahsoka may be, I'd rather keep them around strictly to move the story along.
There should also be hints in the Jedi storyline that Anakin is also conflicted regarding his circumstances with Padme.

All right, so let's talk droidekas. Initially described as being identical twins, in the VN AU's canon they're fraternal twins: the older sister (aka "Sasses") is a P-series, while the younger sister (aka "Glasses") is a W-series. Their actual given names are something that I'm still working on. Despite their appearances they are cyborgs that look like perfectly normal human girls. Like canon droidekas they are equipped with deflector shields and dual blaster cannons, along with the ability to roll at high speeds.
I'd imagine that their arms transform in a mess of splitting exoskeleton panels tucking away as internal mechanisms do their dance and configure themselves into twin blasters. Something more involved than Mega Man's hand retracting into his mega buster, anyway (I guess like Bayformers?).

The Dekas both exhibit a vivid red glow from their eyes when in dark or dim light, further betraying their cybernetic nature (which they share with the MagnaGuards).
The girls do have a "dad", a male colicoid who is constantly eating eating meat off the bone. He's also a doting father and a rather important part of the Colicoid Creation Nest. Furthering their cyborg nature, the Deka girls consume meat in comical volume as a fuel source.

We can account for Glasses' more mature, curvaceous body and demeanour by her being a more advanced model of droideka. Her glasses are meant to represent a more powerful sensor suite, showing a HUD and reticle in her lenses when targeting or receiving new information (a la a DBZ scouter or Sailor Mercury's visor).
Their backstory is that they are Grieve-tan's childhood friends, and the only ones who refer to her by given name (Qymaen, alt. Qy-chan). They were close friends up until middle school and were reunited at Raxus Secundus where Grieve-tan became CIS' dreaded "Supreme Commander". During their middle school days, the droidekas adopted personas in line with sukeban (girl delinquent) subculture. In high school they operate with relative independence within the Droid Army, usually sticking close to GT to dispose of "small fries" so that Grieve-tan can deal with larger threats without distraction. They have a sort-of rivalry with Grieve-tan's officially appointed bodyguards, the MagnaGuards--but only because Sasses finds Magna (the featured boy MagnaGuard) incredibly easy to tease.
The Dekas' primary role in the story is to facilitate Anon's relationship with Grieve-tan. Initially they're presented as antagonists, but after repeat engagements Anon can earn their respect, opening the way to further pursue Grieve-tan as a heroine. (First you get the Dekas on your side, then you get a pass from the Magnas, then you can pursue Grieve-tan directly.) In terms of gameplay impact, recruiting the dekas will enable the player to bypass certain obstacles on the CIS side (probably encounters with battle droids and the Magnas) along with their support via clues on how to win Grieve-tan's affections. While ostensibly Anon's allies they can be considered heroines themselves, probably making them the easiest harem ending to obtain.

It's a generic (western) high school setting that utilizes Japanese high school tropes, flavored with Star Wars. To be a little more precise, I guess it's mutually a pastiche of both Japanese school settings (as depicted in manga and anime) and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
As for addressing the idea of having blasters depicted as having live fire rounds... Well, one way to handle it would be the same way as Sabage-bu! did by depicting the action scenes as being gross exaggerations of reality for the sake of drama. Then again, this all started with the idea that everything was hardcore and real despite how ridiculous it was (which is still in keeping with an action manga set in a high school). Yet another alternative would be to treat blasters the same way as the paintball duels in Community were played.

I think a lot of people have their own idea of how she sounds. Personally I'm struggling to think of a specific VA to compare what I'd think she sound like. I'd like to go easy on the faux Russian.
On the whole I do want to have Death Watch and the Mandalorians appear in the game, but I haven't precisely decided on how to implement that scenario. Generally speaking I want to have the plot points that directly deal with the Shadow Collective occur in the within the "Neutral" storylines; Smuggler and Bounty Hunter. Those two involve the most work at the moment, and I really want to dip into the Star Wars lore to make them interesting.
