I think the focus of the comic is that the armored women judged the skimpy clothed woman to be incompetent. They did exactly what they're not supposed to do, they judged a person based on her clothes alone. In fact they did worse than judging since they say out loud they should randomly murder her. They are violent criminals and are quickly dispatched as such. The inclusion of the equally skimpy guy is important to drive the point home. The situation implies that the armored women took it personally that a woman is sexualized when in fact the entire kingdom is sexualized. Therefore it was never a personal attack on their gender. They were just murderous judgmental over-zealous bitches. Despite being drawn with worse art, the second comic is a brilliant answer.

The two women in armor were killed because they plotted murder and then were killed in return by a greater foe. This is not giving the artist more credit that they deserve, it's exactly what the picture is about. The subjects are crime, punishment and underestimating someone by their appearance. The picture does not defend the combat application of bikini armor. Nobody in this thread defends the combat application of combat armor.
