Your argument is non sequitur. While it is true that a cat is an animal, and furries are anthropomorphic animals, it does not follow that any and all depictions of a human with any animal traits is classified as a "furry".
She has no tail, nor does she have any defining animal like qualities, save for her ears, of which she also has human ears. They might as well be a hairstyle or accessory.
