Dude was established and relatively well liked and popular for YEARS before he took the dive (with such enthusiasm too) so everyone is pretty much noticing it now (whether they want to or not). MAYBE Keiji comes close but as we all know Keiji is a mercenary artist with basically no passion for what he does beyond the cash in the bank so he barely counts.

There is a webcomic called "Kill 6 Billion Demons." It is pretty popular, as far as webcomics go.
Its creator occasionally does fat fetish art anonymously on /d/. Anyone familiar with the comic author's style can instantly tell that it's his work, and I'd say a decent handful of people know this is what he does, but unlike a lot of other webcomic authors the K6BD guy is a legitimately cool guy in general and most fans who know this is his fetish have adopted a common courtesy policy of not bothering him over it.
