Well This fetish is pretty broad and general ,so I can only explain My branch of it. My main fetish revolves around giantess & amazons also tall bbw. There are generally 2 types of fetishes - dominance & submission.
In this case for example, a straight male could like it for both reasons. He wants to be in a position of submission to a female who is growing, growing more powerful. To contribute to the topic at hand, the biggest reason I like it myself is for the dominant side of things, in the sense that I like to put myself in the shoes of the girl growing.
