That doesn't really look traced. It looks like he used that image as a reference.
I thought Reiq's stuff was really hot for a while, but now everything he does looks the same to me. Not saying his stuff is bad but it doesn't do anything for me. I sometimes don't even recognize the characters he draws until later because he all draws them the same way, with big tits and thighs, even when the source material doesn't really work in that style.

Nah, it matches up too much to just be reference. He definitely didn't precisely trace, because that would look like shit, but looks like he probably did his own lineart over the original, taking some liberties on the general bodyshape.

Yes, he used to get real mad when people posted his stuff on /h/ and placed like exhentai. He made legal threats so mods often deleted those threads. It's silly, because he doesn't even own the rights to most of the characters he draws and allowing people to share his stuff would only make him more well known. Instead he wanted to keep everything behind a paywall and make people subscribe to his website. What a dick.
