Other than the oversized eyes (Westerners don't have such big eyes either) and varied hair colors (most of whom are also not Westerner hair colors, usually yellow is meant to be anime hair, only actual foreigners tend to be blonde), there are no features anime characters share with Westerners. Their noses and skull structure are much more like Asians, and so on.
