Did people quit believing in Raiku after Animal Land? Is that why nobody is translating Vector Ball despite it being a weekly series that's been out since April?

Vector Ball is shit, there's no getting around that. The more recent raw chapters have just been as much of a clusterfuck as the first one was. No one is going to waste their time translating it.
