After translating the new lyrics in Episode 22, they live up to their name. They imagine they translate well (they really need to tone down their "style" and just say in English what the Japanese says), much like those trombone players think they play well in The Music Man.
Must be the same people who translated the song lyrics for Sailor Moon Crystal.
