I think if anyone we've seen so far has it, Timothy is a strong candidate simply because of how strange his innocence is. For one, he was force fed the stuff and it synced up with him, it could be a super lucky coincidence but I'm sure the odds of that are fucking astronomical considering all the experiments the Order did on trying to force compatibility with people and like none of them worked. He's also the only one so far with a fully sentient Innocence and Tsukikami visibly reacted to Apocrophos' presence when he showed up in disguise.

You know what I don't understand.
Whether or not ME actually has feelings. ME consumes human souls but crying over Neah is way too gay for ME if Mana's soul isn't lurking around somewhere. And the way I see it, the Noah inheritance gets 're-interpreted' by their human host (eg each generation of Noah is different even if they are driven by the same purpose). I don't think that the human gets entirely consumed in the process.
The theory running around in the past threads was that ME completely destroyed Mana. It's believable with the 'blowing up the fucking face part' but now that ME is being a general emotional sop over the fourteenth and crying (again) makes it seem like Mana didn't surrender completely to his 'Noah memories' or at least is partially re-emerging again. The two chapters before it made it seem like ME isn't Mana or Mana got crushed by ME given that emotional state (see image on the left) but this one seems like he's in denial over being Mana (especially the word repetition.) (see image on the right)
I seriously wonder if that's Mana or ME or Mana influencing ME in much the same way that in 223 Neah seems to be unconsciously leaking Allen (the 'Link is scary part'). Even Link appears to be thrown off by that and he is entirely able to sense Neah. (I mean where have we seen Neah act this comically before?)

Both are as singleminded and while Nea isn't omniscient he does have Timcanpy and full and free access to all of Allen's current memories - good enough to fool Link perhaps if not for his special senses. Jack isn't omniscient either, he is no Juror. Both are consumed by their goals and quite narcissistic and selfish in their goals to the point that they rob both main characters of their autonomy. Both main characters at some point made a contract with Nea/Jack and deaged leading to a situation that both characters presently regret and both possess memory loss. Both main characters know less than Jack/Nea (although Jack has more Chessmaster traits.)
I think the >dafuq is mostly to try and throw the other characters off his scent (like pretending to be Allen or trying to set the humans at ease with him) and emerging when he feels it's convenient. They're both passionate characters who feel very strongly and although Nea feels more impulsive than Jack I think he knows more than the airs of humanity that he puts on for Link. Or maybe I feel that Allen is subtly underscoring or outright influencing Nea's behaviours. They are different characters but I hardly think that Nea is clueless. I think he has a very clear idea of what he's going to do but he's also an opportunist who won't kill Link on sight.

Nea is one of the most sane character. He knows perfectly what he is doing, what for and what he would have to sacrifice. However he couldn't let everything go. He was actually just as kind as Mana, just tried to act tough/edgy most times.

This scene made my jimmies tingle a little.
I just hope that anime will end at Allen saying goodbye to Lenalee and disappearing in the gate, getting some sort of credits rolling (maybe with some background being scenes with characters hearing about Allen escaping/hunting innocence) and then after a short black screen you this scene unfolds.
Perfect ending spot, with Allen suffering from both Innocence and Nea, lying in trash.
