Make a villain that is able to trap people in an universe full of a infinity of evil copies (as in a nightmare) but the trapped one cannot die. It's pure torture. That villain cannot trap gods so he made a great Keikaku to win against Goku, Vegeta, etc.

Universe 6 tournament was a great opportunity to make Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Buu, 18 etc relevant again. They could have divided the tourney into stages/tiers and had them fight guys of the same level.
But nope. Buu falls asleep, Picoclo gets 2 secs and is poisoned, and Vegeta/Goku just plow through everyone.

Unrelated but, why doesn't buu absorb enemies anymore? Or temporarily absorb allies? Couldn't he function like a fucked up power suit especially considering combo beams fighters can do? Does everyone forget buu has healing powers like healing the blind?

fat buu is a lazy shit but it's too match of a hassle really. being sucked into his body then someone has to get eaten to get them out and there's a chance they could be permanently absorbed like the fat supreme kai or even that he turns evil again since he'd lose his personality

Androids already had that. I can't believe nobody (bulma) thought to capitalize/improve that ki absorbing technology. Most tech could be ki powered. World breaking ki blasts could be absorbed by giant shields of the stuff. I wonder what happens if a cyborg absorbs god ki.

I was thinking an attack that would act like a debuff that would drop your PL over time until it was that of a regular human's, but you wouldn't absorb the energy
that sounds a bit overpowered, so maybe it would be like destructo miss and rarely hit
but it's pointless to think about since no one is allowed to intrude on the goku & vegeta show anyway

Scouter used to only take so much before being improved and now it doesn't explode and can find dragon balls. If bulma can instantly understand alien tech and energy from magical artifacts then I think she could improve on energy absorption. Gero underestimated his enemies so he didn't build a better version.
