Was Kino no Tabi good or was I just high?
I never personally heard anyone say anything bad about Kino no Tabi.

Animation during the final tournament arc was laughably bad and overall the animation was lacking, other than that it's great.

Here, let me have a go. Those screens that repeat a line that was just said are fucking obnoxious and almost ruined the show for me.
The first four episodes and the final episode were mostly good. The second being the highlight of the show. The Arena episodes were fucking dumb. The others were meh.

It came off a bit too preachy and stale to keep watching. I enjoyed Kaiba more. I can appreciate it for what it is, but it's really tough to sit through.
