You're missing the entire point, I think. Mental Out cannot, repeat: CANNOT be used even in its most benign, helpful form without being an absolute violation of a human being's agency and rights. Even if she wanted to use it to repair someone's memories, for example, it would require her to enter their mind and sift through their memories.
