Viz Media only released the first 18 episodes on DVD in America, so subs only exist for those episodes. There are no fansubs at all, unfortunately.

The only way to watch it for me is by watching crappy mirrored and dubbed in Italian rips uploaded on youtube. But eh at least I can.
