Echizen best.
Dropped it after episode 2, the midget was insufferable.
Pretty good. The cast are funny and likable, the girls are cute, it has a nice balance of comedy and comfy and the visuals are great.
The Shiraishi romance was a little forced I felt, but it didn't intrude too much into the show so I could easily overlook it. I wouldn't mind watching an S2 if it ever comes out.

It was 6/10 to me, girls were the best part, Tanaka and Ohta were the worst part, mainly because the jokes about Tanaka being lazy and Ohta making "funny" comments got old and boring really fast.

I guess the main difference is personal preference. With Tanaka I enjoyed all of the side characters. With Sakamoto the only characters that really did anything was the deliquents and they just didn't appeal to me. The comedy was good but there seemed to be more depth with Tanaka no matter how superficial.

It was pretty good. My only complaints are:
1. The weird and awkward older-brother complex stuff. If it had been a bit more tame and innocent I feel like it would have been fine, but as it was it veered a bit too far into incest territory for it to fit the tone of the show at all.
2. It feels like it backpedaled a lot from the lesbian couple. Like they keep doing the blushing tomboy thing with her and childhood friend, and that would be fine, but they also refuse to build on the only actual official couple in the show. At first it was totally undeniable whether they were a lesbian couple, but later it gets all ambiguous, and it really feels like the show is making it weird intentionally. I dunno, either make them lesbians or don't, but at least have it make sense.
The show was more funny than it had any right to be. I loved the OP, haven't enjoyed an OP with a male nip vocalist in a long time.
