She definitely seems comfortable, but if I recall correctly, she wanted to progress through the chain of command so she didn't need to do as much work. We know how much she loves to relax.
As for whether or not she got rid of Annie's stuff, I couldn't say. I think it's fair to say there's a lot of Annie/Hitch interactions that we aren't privy to. There friendship could run much deeper than we know.

Yeah but going with Zeke doesn't follow from that, the mysteries involving him are probably something that's gonna be revealed much later on.
I expect the last arc to be a sort of apocalyptic arc in which there is massive war and destruction. I think it's likely that Zeke will either regroup to the village and stage a massive attack on the walls later, or attack the capital directly.

I don't know if she was specifically banished. She says that she died for a lot of people's (her becoming a Titan) and she also said that she was hated for existing, That's odd considering we see a Titan bowing and revering who it thinks is Ymir. If that Titan was one of "Ymir's people" the. Why would it show that kind of respect to someone who was hated for existing and was ultimately "killed"?
To me, these two points together mean that if she was hated, she wasn't hated by a large amount of people, she may have "died" for the happiness of a lot of people because she believed she was hated, but I get the feeling that her situation was very similar to Historia's. Hated by a select few people who were likely family, and thus believed that meant she was hated by everyone and looked for a way to please them, her ultimately "dying" being it.
It seems likely that she was hated by her family, or someone in her family and that led to her becoming a mindless Titan. Her being banished doesn't seem likely since there are mindless Titans who still remember and revere her. Her stealing the Titan's power was just her eating Marcel. A third party could have been involved in that in some way, possibly someone among RB's group. With a community out beyond the walls you would think that at least one of them knows about and is a Ymir sympathizer.

I doubt it considering the way she words what happened sounds like her becoming a titan was a punishment imposed on her by others. Plus, she would have only been 12 at the time she was turned into a titan, there's not much I can imagine a 12 year old could do. That titan could have been one of her people who was turned after her, or possibly before her.
I thought both would survive simply because Ymir stuck her neck out and has been absent for 3 years because she saved them.
I find it hard to believe that either of them would be killed off right when they are brought back into the story, else what would the point of what Ymir did be besides just being a convenient way of getting the one who holds the answers to many big questions (Ymir) out of the story before things get revealed too early?
I also don't see how any of this points to Reiner coming up with the plan OP is suggesting, or that Ymir would allow such a plan to begin with. It's like, she wants Historia to be herself and do what she wants for herself, and Reiner's plan is basically Historia spending the rest of her life pretending to be his "prize" as OP describes it. Those do not mix, at all.

Way I see it, Historia's real name is personal info between her and Ymir. Someone described in a way better than I can but basically it's not something Ymir would bother to bring up or correct Reiner on.
Perhaps I just don't see the methods Reiner is using for this supposed plan as making any sense because I think the plan itself is a rather dumb one that I can't see Reiner coming up with (maybe as some kind of odd joke in his head) or Ymir or even Bert approving of it.
My concern is less with Reiner and more with the rest of the village and what would be expected of their fake relationship. Besides that, there's also the fact that this is a plan that neither Ymir or Historia would be fine with, at all. It's not like Ymir's final wish to Historia before jumping into a group of Titans was for her to live her life for herself or anything like that. Nah I'm sure she'd approve of a plan that's basically "hey Historia, you know how I told you to live for yourself? Well now you get to pretend to be Reiner's wife for the rest of your life."
I'm honestly getting "Historia needs an heir" theory vibes from this (and no that's not a good thing).

That only really leaves Grisha/Zeke revelations and the final battle. Which might all happen at the same time.
I don't think there will be enough time to recruit a new SL, or the basement revelation will make the existence of the SL pointless (as Grisha foreshadowed). So Hanji, Levi and Armin/Armout will have to organize a new army just to fight the battle for the dawn.
Isayama definitely fooled me into thinking he was a capable writer with the Colossal and Armored titan reveal x chapters ago. This arc is certainly the worst one to date and it is consistently getting worse.
I think the most insulting thing about this last chapter (and this may just be Isayama catering to his own personal desires for how to tell his story--it's his right, just like it's mine to think it's bullshit) was presenting Erwin as a false possibility. I think it was more than fair to have him die in the charge against Zeke and it simply goes beyond my suspended disbelief to say that another soldier not only found him alive, but managed to scale the wall with him in tow, locate the survivors behind the wall, and then show up with Erwin. All while those very survivors were deciding to give Armin the serum.
Speaking of Armin, he should be dead. It is simply unbelievable that he isn't. I don't really want to talk about Bert or Reiner either, especially the latter. I think I'll come back to the comic in two or three years and binge-read the rest of it when it's finished, but it is not worth remembering for monthly cycles at this point.

I don't think Isayama is good at calculating how much time it takes to develop the story, which is understandable because sometimes scenes take longer to flesh out than you first imagined and new ideas surface in the meantime. I think that's why he extended the manga in the first place. If he can't fit everything in two arcs he'll probably add another.
I do think it's possible to fit the basement in this arc and Zeke/titan shifter mysteries in the last, but like you said there will probably be a final battle after all these mysteries are revealed and the pacing might come off as rushed if he tries to cram it all into one. But who knows, we have no idea what Isayama has in store so maybe his plans could fit in two arcs. Only time will tell.

I think it's safe to assume the war between the Reiss and Zeke's people has been going for a lot longer than 100 years, that date always seemed fishy to me as either a slip on the author's part or a hint that something wasn't right, 100 years is not long enough for people to forget evrything about the outside world, they'd have to have at least a few people that were still among the original survivors, it doesn't make sense even with memory alteration, the fact something is missing would be too obvious.

I'm starting to think the reason why Grisha came to the walls was either he was exiled from the warrior village for being different or he wanted to live inside the walls; the complete contrast to his son who wants to live beyond them. This theory stems from an old one, the one assuming that by the time of the 'Titan epidemic,' humanity was divided by two civilizations according to their gifts. The Walled people had the walls for constant protection so that they can sleep safely without worrying about the Titans while the Warrior village was given Titanization technology so that they can fight incoming threats. The 'gifts' leads me to believe that humanity was united at one point until something happened and it has to do with the Coordinate being the center of why the two communities were at war.
Beyond all this, I believe Grisha was part of the leading family of the Warriors but he wished for the rest of the villagers to live in the Walls and commune with them. The warriors who have fought titans for so long are probably jealous and refuse to be part of their rival community and made him an outcast. This all fits together why Zeke thinks the Walled people are demons and Eren is brainwashed. Since he is the current 'warchief' he decided to take the Walled people's most important gift which was the Coordinate. Zeke is part of Grisha's generation who wants to revolt against the old ways and just take the Walled people's power away from them; perhaps having the same idea as Eren and using it to 'save humanity' but only for the Warrior village.This is probably discussed to death since I never venture these threads, I just wanted to spend my few cents here.
