No matter how many times I rewatch this series, I always come to the conclusion that I love the shit out of it, but I never really figured out why. When you put all of the show´s elements on paper, you have a barely above average show, and yet it feels like there is something more to it, something that always hypes me up. Wanna help guys? For me it's cause I played the arcade game for a year before getting into the anime, so it was cool seeing characters race on tracks I knew exactly and having the same eurobeat bgm playing.
