The rest aren't really combat based so the power gap between those four and the rest is giant, and a lot of Tanaka's stuff is just an act before you mention him.
Not to say they can't be dangerous in their own ways. You slap an Uzi in Souda's hands he's still going to kill people. But somebody like Mahiru would spread despair by a very different method than somebody like Peko would.

Maybe Akane is too high, but Peko's ability is flat out "best swordfighter in the world". Nidai is strong and can take a beating, but his skill is in teaching not fighting. All Peko needs is a stick.
Only reason I put Akane so high is that in a longer timeframe where Akane is more focussed on an end goal, Nidai may have taught her to surpass him.

Maybe the idea is that Chihiro created an Alter Ego based on himself during his time at Hope's Peak, lost those memories, and then created a second one (not realizing it was the second) during the killing game. Hiyoko's death wasn't properly worked into the case structure, which I didn't like. Other than that, I was annoyed by it at the time but by the end it fit. Stuff like the despair disease was fine honestly. One of DR1's biggest weaknesses was that weak motives behind most of the murders and how the kids resorted to murder far too quickly even in such a grim situation.

I did, and that was Monokuma's motive for that chapter you retard. By implanting the very idea that they'd all lived a life at hope's peak then had it erased, he pretty much gave everyone a reason to kill since then they'd be able to leave and find out themselves. However the idea was dumb to them, so Nagito had to bait Teruteru into killing, which lead to his own death later.
