Either way, 2 hours should be plenty enough to tell the story. They can skip some of the friends plotlines if necessary. The most powerful and central plot is very straightforward.

Yamada is changing some stuff as is apparent in the PV. They would cut a lot of side stuff but I hope they keep the grandma chapter. Other than that the movie if 2 hours can be paced correctly and adapt the manga perfectly.
