Not really, pretty much every thread has one or two discussion but they're mostly spread out between new anons in timespam of an entire day, and then there's image dumps all over which may or may not contribute to said discussions.
So far we have seen the stories of three groups of sisters.

Probably enough to destroy a country, but that's about it. Ainz spell is probably more destructive against concentraded masses of people (think armies or densely populated cities) while the demon summoning spell would most likely allow the summoned monsters to spread out over a larger area to wreak havoc.
Still both of them only have limited duration summons so there's a limit. I'd say they're about equally destructive, just more effective than the other in different situations.

Well, Pestonya and Nigredo didn't really fuck up, seeing that they did act in a way that aligned with Ainz's wishes, despite the fact that order was never spoken nor implied.
My fuckup scale is as follows
Lupus is #1 Because she did not act as ordered due to thinking it unimportant despite the fact that it was.
Sebas is #2 Same as Lupus, except that he didn't act as ordered because of his settings.
Entoma is #3
Fucked up because eating on the job and not strong enough. However, this is mitigated by the fact that she wasn't exactly deployed there to clean up the place in a professional manner, but rather the opposite.
They were out there for vengeance, so it's safe to assume she was probably there to make sure they died horrible deaths.
Shalltear is #4
Mostly mitigated because WCI was utilized and because she didn't fuck up because of her settings, but rather because due to the nature of her race.
I rate fuckup level based on how much responsibility actually falls on the NPC and how much on the person who chose them for the job.
