That's the thing, he has so much of a girl that the only thing that makes he a male is he saying he is a boy. He could say in one chapter "I'm actually a girl" and all the characters would be "ehhhhhhhhh".
At least the upper part of his body should be more male like, he wears a dress and in some shots and ilustrations he even has actual tits. If he is a male at least give him a male torso, even if is a skinny male torso. This is just lazy design work.
