Though I'm pretty sure Fuyuhiko fucked Peko and Izuru fucked Mikan. The former already had a thing for each other before despair but now in despair anything goes and the latter seems to know Izuru seeing as she knew Chiaki was the traitor in the third trial. Nagito doesn't know of him and maybe some of the other remnants didn't know of him but Mikan did so it implies they met at some point.
