It's from this season, but it's so incredibly bad. I admit that the staff probably had very little to work with, but it all seems awkward and shoddy. When an OP is so uninspired (it's just a bunch of people running) and badly animated, it reflects badly on the overall quality of the show.

I honestly can't tell much of a difference between these OPs (besides the glaringly obvious, really fucking bad ones) to usual OPs that you find in shows. Most seem to be generic j-pop, shitty pop punk, nu metal, or some disaster that even the song writer doesn't even know what it is. I guess that's one thing I like about western TV, I don't have to listen to shitty Japanese music.
