The romance in Yona seemed to be taking the backseat but I'm not caught-up with it.
Joou no Hana is supposed to end soon I think... So there's some but not necessarily with translations (same for the really old stuff sadly)
Otherwise there's also josei like 7 Seeds and Bokura no Kiseki with great world-building.

Honestly, this is more the issue than anything. There's still a good amount of fantasy/sci-fi shoujo out there, it just doesn't get translated. I think it's partially just because of official publishers - I feel like they were really pushing the "shoujo is for boys too" marketing angle in the late 90s/early 00s, so we got a lot of adventure-type stuff that worked the cross-demographic appeal, but now they've let up on that and scanlation groups haven't filled that void very well.
