You can try looking for animators with styles similar to those you listed I guess.
Rapparu, Atsuki Shimizu, and Takafumi Hori are inspired by Yoh Yoshinari's style, especially Hori who has changed his style of animation ever since working on LWA.
Shinj Hashimoto and Hokuto Sakiyama are followers of Ohira's style and more recently young animator Toya Oshima is a student of Ohira.

I'll check them out, I'm basically into animators who have highly stylized, often surreal animation. I really love good morphing animation as well. I wish Anno did more stuff like that, since his God Warrior cuts were great. I always wondered if Kishida and Tanaka were inspired by it.
