I'm glad nothing went the way Hinata planned, he definitely needed that slap in the face. Don't get me wrong, I like him a lot, but he's been way too arrogant lately.

Victory tends to do that with people unaccustomed to it. That's why I think both he and Kageyama are in for some harsh wake-up calls for this arc, because while they've both accomplished more than either ever has in the past, neither are particularly humble about it and are also ignorant of what's coming at them at Nationals.
I really fucking hope this doesn't turn into Diamond no Ace where the rival characters greatly outshine the MC. He needs to get his ass out of there and find a VolleyBall hermit in the mountains or something
