With only 1/4 of the spice and wolf series actually adapted to anime I really don't see that as a possibility. This would require about 6 more seasons (assuming they keep the pacing similar to the novel) to finish which seems highly unlikely and highly unprofitable. I also don't see them just making a 3rd season and stopping without another conclusion.
