This. Plus Aleister (or Yuiitsu) would still have to rebuild Rensa from scratch if they want to take advantage of 29 unlocking white wings. Even though she's powerful and follows orders, I'm pretty sure it was stated in her volume that it's not the same as a regular level 5 like Accelerator that went through development.

I also think souls are important to whatever Aleister is planning. I have a feeling that whatever is going on in both Railgun and Accelerator is going to be what proves to Aleister he CANT make a machine with esper powers to replace the Sisters/Accelerator if necessary
Seriously though, there is no one more important than this fellow.
If Rensa was that important, Aleister would not have allowed her to be shut down.
It's obvious all of the stuff going on in Railgun and Accelerator is proto Rensa/Five Over and that Rensa and Five Overs are little more than science fair projects.

If Accel was that important he wouldn't allow him to nearly killed several times. Crowley has stepped in for other shit but looked the other way for Hawaii, Fiamma's attack, and That time Aiwass almost killed him.
