In my opinion the only way to get rid of these and redistribute the money they earned thanks to the people to the people is simply for the people to seize the means of production. Either by force, or just pass a law that says, everything you're working with is now yours. So people everywhere now own the company they working in. You're hired in a 100 people big company? You now own one hundredth of it.
Of course this sounds idealist but well, I think it's a solution.

It depends on how developed the cultures are. Cultures that cannot adapt die off while culture that can will be superior and prevail. Migration within the EU was a good thing because the English were the lazy bastards who didn't want the jobs that hardworking immigrants were filling. The British NHS was a huge employer of doctors from other EU countries because Britain is unable to train enough British doctors to meet demand. EU migrants on average have been bigger tax contributors to Britain than local British.
