Luluco was the only anime I kept up with till the end. Flying Witch got stale, BnHA is typical shonen, Kiznaiver and Mayoiga should be ashamed of themselves, Tanaka would've been better (still a 7/10) without Tanaka being there, Crane Game...eh and ReZero I might continue one of these days.

Yeah, I was always quite surprised how 3x3s managed to slip by, especially as they could by construed as thinly veiled recommendation threads. To be honest, I don't mind a lot of the newer things that much, although that may also be because I take it a lot easier than I used to.
The only real problems I have are that people more frequently bring in real life stuff onto the Internet, in making comparisons. With it being the age of social justice and people that grew up with the Internet, you can't escape people who take this place too seriously, don't make the distinction between real/net lives and go on moral tirades. Not like it hasn't always happened, but the flavour is slightly different these days.
We're also spoiled by first and third party extensions that add so much more functionality than the old Firefox extension. I remember discovering noko and nokosage, with those being a revelation to me.

Why? The only difference between your method and a rating out of 10 is that you assign verbal instead of numerical labels to the categories of your animu. And while numbers are objective, since any sane person should for example understand that on a scale from 0 to 10 a 5 is the average, verbal labels are far more subjective, as people might have very different ideas about what constitutes for example a "meh".

Sums up the season for me as well. There were some I was curious about (Okada + Trigger?), but ended up enjoying a good number of shows, and even added a few to the backlog (flying witch, Macross). Season is okay. I enjoyed the previous one more. The shows I was hyping for were disappointly meh, but still enjoyable enough to keep watching though.
Surprises were Tonkatsu DJ and new Sailor Moon. Shonen Maid was unexpectedly no homo, heartwarming and cute, and so is Tanaka-kun. Kiznaiver didn't deserve the amount of shitposting it got. Mayoiga threads were the most fun I had in years, lots of original content, too bad the show ended with nothing but the ride was fun.

Kiznaiver started out seeming promising but it got way too complicated with the shit about Katsuhira's past and his desire to feel his lost pain, to the point where that entire conversations in episode 11 just felt like forced bullshit without meaning

Only watched 3 this season. Sakamoto grew on me, Kumamiko wore on me, and Macross was the show I enjoyed the most throughout the entire season. Re:Zero might find its way into my backlog eventually, but I'll wait to hear the reception it gets.

Kuromukuro has the best pacing of any show this season. It's my AOTS. Macross and Re:Zero started out horrible but have gotten good recently, and they're both only halfway over. I love the direction and animation of Kiznaiver so much that not even the sappy writing can make it bad for me.

Jojo Part 4 is quite good so far, though.
All in all I think this season is really good when it comes to niche stuff. Most of the popular shows barring Macross went down the dumpster hard and Re:Zero, which is still only okay as a show, was probably the only popcorn series that was barely watchable by the end of it.
However, when it comes to shorts, different SoLs, and even obscure dark horse shit a lot of shows delivered in that regard.
