Imaishi is at Trigger. There is zero chance. On the other hand he's pretty much free to do his thing over there. I imagine it will be even more so given the relative performance of Luluco and Kiznaiver this season.

Considering the animation studio is now a shell of what it used to be, a hard no is putting it lightly. The only chance we have at getting S2 is if they sell the rights to Trigger, but I wouldnt hold my breath.
