Its not full romance, since its a fucking Musou game, so the plot is less than before. However in exchange for that, its fanservice for every Fate series to date, as all the popular servants come together.

Only half of the initial roster is revealed so far.
In this game servants can unlock temporary powerful mega-evolution
Since yet again its a fucking Musou, and they need short term invincible mode to turn on and off.
Story revolves around them having the Regalia of the Mooncell which allows them ownership and control of the Mooncell, however something impossible happened as another Hakuno with another servant showed up, who had his own Regalia. So they ended up fighting it out I guess.

It doesn't have feMC. Seriously, the MC is overused, I'm sick of seeing him in every manga and drama CDs of EXTRA. Too bad that they're probably going with him for the anime too.
