Tsuyokute New Saga. The WN is barely translated and the manga is ahead by quite a bit, so I'd recommend the latter first and former if you still are craving for more details.
It's nothing unique like Overlord, but I think the polish for the story, characters and the art design is quite nice.
The LN art is rather gorgeous admittedly but there's practically no scans of that available.

I want to say it's their saves (modifier to your roll to resist a debuff. either will , fortitude, or dexterity) but that should mean Sebas would have the most out of everyone. There's still room for it to be that though since monks have too many stats to distribute points for (eg a wizard can just about dump everything into int while a monk has to pump up their str dex con and wis due to not have a crippling weakness at being a monk) so his resist might be lowered just so that he can properly function.

The reason she is not too similar to Tabula is because she has a really detailed flavor text, but even so she still has some things that can be related to Tabula. First is how autistic she is and second is that she puts her own interests above all. Sorta, originally they were supposed to be anti-monsters, meaning heteromorphs and real demihumans like lizardmen and goblins as a part of their HFY beliefs instilled by previous Players. Over time as they began to run out of actual detrimental monster species to murder and the Players died off they turned on non-human humanoid races like elves and dwarves by re-classifying them as demihumans.
I don't recall if the dwarves say the ST used to be their allies or if it was just other human kingdoms but they weren't always enemies.
