I really enjoy how Ainz continues to get smarter and more competent.
In the first few volumes he was an absolute idiot who just stumbled around and let the guardians do ALL of the work. But now he actually plans stuff without them and can think of ideas on his own. Obviously he's still our clumsy "Sasuga Ainz-Sama" but he can actually pull his weight now.

The only one in Nazarick that "might" have changed to understand how magic of Yggdrasil works is the head librarian since Ygg->NW turned all fluff text into real things (which Ainz can't grasp since he only knows blueprints of magic and variables to use them).
Would be great to see those two brainstorming even if the head librarian doesn't know how Ygg magic forms in NW; just to see the two debating on the nature of magic and how to get most out of it or ahead in new frontiers.

Yeah people don't seem to get it. Someone can be level 100 just by dabbling in everything a lot, though for a normal human that's impossible as Enri before chapter 1 was only level 2 or some shit as a farmer her whole life.
But basically Fluder could be a level 100 by having a level 1 in each job class with his life span, he'd just be god damn useless with the stats of a level 10-15, and that's assuming each job class at level 1 even gives passive stats at all.

Basically, the translator managed to transform Shalltear from a lamprey into a rabbit. There's probably other mistakes they made, but I usually use >rabbit to sum up everything YP did wrong with the translation.
Apparently it's not NGNL-tier bad, but you would have to translate by rolling your ass on the keyboard to be that bad.
