1 is literally a generic good vs evil story that was super short, had forgettable side characters and literally is only memorable for Jonathan's death and the memes.
Part 2 is the worst written part, only memorable characters were Joseph, Stroheim and Wham, rest of the characters were actually shit. Also the part was literally just asspulls, and Kars was a boring villain.
Part 6 had pacing issues and a bit of a lack of crew interactions but it had MUCH better fights, interesting characters and Pucci was a fucking amazing villain.

The art is garbage. Female anatomy is all over the place. Jolyne's hips and limbs are constantly the worst thing I've seen with my two eyes.
Jolyne is a terrible Jojo. Her entire character is based on daddy issues. And that's it. First it was I hate my father and then drastically into I have to do this for my father despite my feeligns 10 minutes ago.
Her supporting cast is not good. Not one of them. The only decent character is Weather Report and he's a memoryless sister banging faggot.
My biggest problem with six is that it's gross. And not body horror gross it's because they made everything unnecessarily sexual because Jolyne is a girl. The first chapter is Jolyne masturbating. And the next couple is her rolling around naked. None of the boys have ever been written like that. None of the boys talk about masturbating. None of the boys are ever really seen outside their uniforms. Just Jolyne. Just the girls are like this and it's disgusting and gross. And it's only done because most of the cast is female. Jolyne in crisis talking about how she's jealous about how snails can fuck anything. Hermes actually saying "dries up like a maxi pad," are you fucking kidding me?
I'm glad you all love part six because the tits make your dick hard but to defend this shit is ridiculous. It's the weakest most poorly written part by far and reading it was agony.
The only thing that saved this part, if you could call it saved, is Pucci. Pucci is good and I'm glad he reset the universe so none of this god awful part ever technically happened.

I stick by this because Caesar's only memorable moments were that he was a dick to Joseph then he died and his death scene was forced as fuck. There was nothing to his character, nothing memorable aside from all the yaoi art there is of him and Joseph. Lisa Lisa wasn't memorable and only really showed up to get wrecked by Kars. If it helps though I will gladly argue Joseph is the most entertaining Jojo, Stroheim is one of the most memorable supporting characters and Wham is a really underrated minor villain.

How weren't the fights great though? Planet Waves was tense and brutal as fuck, Jailhouse Lock was pretty damn clever, and the fights with the 3 Brando children were fucking great. I think the most logical explanation I've seen is that Araki originally planned for Bites the Dust to send people really far back in time, which is why that mysterious teenager looked like he came from a fight, but he dropped it once the final fight actually came around.
He did the same thing in part 6, with Emporio telling Jolyne that if she meets with her father, she will meet a fate worse than death, but in the end he went with the universe reset thing and it just became a weird plot hole.

I always just rationalised what Emporio said there as being that if she meets with Josuke the fate worse than death would be getting her memories stolen by Whitesnake, even though he didn't want hers. It would tie into FF's death speech about how being brought back to life without your memories would be worse than dying and never coming back at all which in turn ties into the ending. It's still obviously a plot hole but unlike some other ones it's not that hard to rationalise and when the anime reaches that point it'll be something they can fix with minimal effort.

Not him, but I've said this before but the buildup isn't missing or a problem, the arrow, GER, and Giorno winning isn't an asspull, but GER's actual ability and how it went on to defeat Diavolo was complete and utter shit, uninteresting and confusing to say the least. Regardless of Diavolo's punishment, GER winning without even so much as moving a muscle served to undo the race for the arrow and make the victory feel undeserved. There was no fight between GER and KC, GER just won, there was no face off of ideologies between Giorno and Diavolo, no one got to process what happened by the time the battle ended.
Meanwhile Tusk was terrifyingly overpowered but so was D4C at that point, and Valentine still put up a big fight, after the initial attack it came down to a battle of psychology and Valentine's word and cunning against Johnny's judgement, and even after being defeat Valentine had a plan B that fucked up Johnny.

He's obviously up to a LOT more than that considering he was upset that Damo died even though he was just then trying to torture and kill his entire family while he waited outside. I think Jobin and Kaato have been working with the Rock Humans in secret and Norisuke didn't agree with what she was doing and thought she was trying to lead Jobin astray or something and so he got her locked up. Norisuke didn't know about Rock Humans until Yotsuyu which is odd considering his son is best buddies with them but if Jobin and Kaato have other motives then not telling Norisuke makes sense. And when Damo was questioning Norisuke, Norisuke said at some point that he was starting to figure out who Damo was and where all this was headed to. So he might have figured out something about Kaato or Jobin. Even though he was willing to let his family get killed he still seems to like his dad so Kaato might not even be telling him what she plans to do to Norisuke, hence why she told him not to tell Norisuke that her sentence was up because Norisuke would panic and run or try to kill her.
Regardless, whatever the fuck is going on it looks like it's gonna be good.

Honestly. What makes and breaks a lot of cosplays is what your face looks like. If your costume is on point, if your wig is perfect it doesn't fucking matter.

Well Vitamin's C's effect wasn't cutting people up it, it was melting them, most of the cast surviving is alright, but norisuke and gappy were cut taking advantage of the effects, but not by the effects. Its why Kira and Josefumi unmelted once out of range but he had to go through an exchange to give Kira his liver back
And even if it was Vitamin C's power to cut you up, it'd be retarded if your death nullified the effects
At the end though I think its just Araki needed to get to Kaato and the cliffhanger that may just change the part's direction from now on, so he had to sacrifice a bit of continuity and get through Damo quickly

You actually see Damo run off with Gappy's liver and leave it on the couch after dying, Gappy looks right at it after getting up then next panel he's fine. With Norisuke you could maybe excuse that since melted people hold together just having his arm around helped it attach as he unmelted, but Gappy was whole and walking without a liver.
I could totally excuse S&W grafting it back on, its not unlikely for it to do whatever and I'm pretty sure its helped Gappy with wounds before, but it couldn't have hurt to show some bubbles around Gappy's side or the like so it wouldn't be so jarring
