Yoshitsune is not the type to get jealous and act out on it, I think it might go along the lines of this.
With Yoshitsune solo they can do things like maybe visit the island the clones grew up at and at the end there could be shanaou Yoshitsune vs Momoyo, normal Yoshitsune is a clear loss but with her special skill who knows, assuming she can use it.
Benkei and Yoshitsune can be about how the relationship between the three develop with a sprinkle of scathing jealousy from the men, I think it'd be fun seeing how everyone reacts to their new relationship.
