The old lady can accelerate healing. Innards don't really grow back in the first place, so she can't do anything.

Her power stinks. The big bad guy has an actual regeneration quirk and he still looks fucked up.

The kid has only just started working out, while All Might's body has been trained for years. Having anemia doesn't make your body instantly weak as shit and more frail than a childs. It takes time. So yeah, Hungry Skeleton All Might is probably stronger than the MC and could whip his ass in no-quirk arm wrestling.
