Unlikely. The goblins didn't get any stronger either, and they've had lots of live combat and training doing stuff like farming.
NPCs simply can't learn shit. We know players can level up, so there's room for growth, but to begin with I'm pretty sure it was never stated that Ainz's summons could level up. Same applies with NPCs since they are made in a system with a level cap.
Entire worry in the early volumes for Ainz is literally how Nazarick won't get stronger by themselves, but the NW might.

Theres not too much use trying to decypher NW scale. For all we know the NW measure isn't very reliable as they cannot accurately estimate the power of entities beyond the realm of heroes. For example the ST estimated soul eaters to be around the level 100-150, and Ainz was at around 200, same as Jalbadaoth and PDL. The higher the power the more innacurate the estimate becomes.

Overlord seems to be heavily inspired by DnD so I'll just give you that version:
Dark Dwarves (or Duergar as a few anons pointed out) were originally a clan of regular Dwarves until they were enslaved by Mindflayers (octopus-faced brain-eating psychic aliens, same race as Neuronist and Tabula Smaragdina) who took them to the Underdark (huge underground cave complex, think Journey to the Center of the Earth, but with nightmarish abominations and eldritch horrors instead of dinosaurs) where they kept them as slaves and experimented on them for a couple of centuries until the Dwarves started worshipping and/or fucking Demons which gave the power needed to escape slavery at which point they felt pretty comfy so they established their own empire and started raiding the surface world for slaves.

The difference is chaos dwarfs don't worship deamons, but use them as pawns.
When they summon them, instead of giving them their regular physical forms they slowly forge their spirits and souls into metal and bind them there.
So all their items have literal angry starving deamons in them that need to kill things to gain sustenance.
