Psychic people can kill others easily.
So they installed mental blocks if you kill a human you die yourself. Humans can also become tainted and become fiends and kill endlessly. So they install those blocks, and if a child shows ANY type of weird behavior kid is killed.
queerats are a race that view these physic people as gods.
Humans treat them essentially as slaves. They kill them without even thinking of it. Just straight up murder thousands of them and a single human can kill thousands of them.
They are subservent to humans.
IMPORTANT: When humans got physic powers not all humans did. So when it came time to put these limiters in place hardwired into the brain this only works on physic people. They needed these limiters or people can literally just blink people out of existence, no matter how strong the others physic power was.
There was a large percentage not physic. Physics can not not kill humans.
This now leaves a problem. A large percent have god like powers, but now can't defend themselves with people they were warring with.
